It's a new minigame, Showing a witch and a few dragons. Picking the current pack costs 20 gems, while changing to a different pack costs 3 gems. If you pick the current pack, you will get a dragon from the current pack.
The mini game has not made a really positive launch, as people are confused by the fact that You can only get one box (one dragon) per game.
